    The agent Mandy Engelhardt is lack of ethics and professionally misconducted in selling property. Last Wednesday, We went to inspect one property at Hampton listed by Hockingstuart and Mandy is the contact agent. We really like the property and told Mandy that we would like to make an offer. We asked Mandy to send the contract to us, but she send a contract without vendors signature on section 32 ( vendor statement) which is illegal document for us to make a offer. I was calling her about the contract on Thursday and Friday as well. She only replied me that she hasn't reached the vendor yet. Suddenly in the Friday afternoon around 5pm, I received a call from Mandy who asked me to make a offer through the phone and only give me one chance. However, I tried twice and the second offer which I believe is high enough. Mandy then sent me the Contract with vendor signature around 7:30pm and push me to sigh within 2 hours. I was finally convinced to sent her offer in writing before 9:30pm. However, she called me at 8:30pm said the vendor has made their decision with other lower price offer which come with the bank check. I just couldn't understand why Mandy in such a hurry to push vendor to accept the lower price offer. The only reason i can imagine is Mandy could make benefits from it. I don't have evidence, but I couldn't understand why she tried to stop me from offering higher price to vendor all the way! Her behaviour is unethical, since the agent should always find the highest bidder for the property. For me, the only lost is only a disappointment, but for the vendor, they may loss 40-60k at least.
